The room was clean. It has nice small balcony. The staff was really helpful and kind. There is a small fridge inside.

The bathroom could have some shelves and towel hooks inside

A nice time

Staff are lovely. Good location, close to old town about 15min walk to market.

The smell in the room. Not much staff can do about it as it comes from the drains but it’s pretty bad.

Exceptional

Spacious and clean room with everything you need (fridge, stove, microwave, dishes and silverware, air conditioning system). Jacuzzi was awesome, kids had so much fun with bubbles! Comfortable beds, everything was super clean. Definitely coming back

Great location and staff

Staff is lovely, breakfast is nice and plentiful, great location, bed is big and comfortable

If booking room with jacuzzi, there is no view, just small window. Room is very dark. There is smell coming from sink and because bathroom is not separated, whole room would smell

Very Good

Staff was super nice and was able to help us out with anything we needed. Location is great, quite close to the city centre.

Dishes at the breakfast could be cleaned better. A more private toilet would be nice instead of the class wall and the uncloseable door. Smart TV or english channels would have been great but not super necessary.

Clean and nice, recommendable

The room is very new and modern, with a balcony and nice views. The bed was super comfy, we only spent one night but slept wonderfully. The rate was amongst the most affordable options for this period (las fallas) and we were happy we found this hotel.

Overall the experience was very nice. 2 things to point out: The toilet has a glass door right next to the bed and doesn’t really give you a lot of privacy. There is no power outlet next to the bed, in order to charge the phones overnight. We had to unplug the telefohone on one side in order to do that.

Very pleasant stay

Big room, lots of towels, comfy bed, great shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and plenty of it. Good value for money. The hotel is very close to the lovely Botanic Gardens and a short distance from lots of bars, restaurants etc.

Air con didn't seem to work very well ... it got very warm in the night and trying to reset the temperature didn't make much difference. Very poor and limited selection of tea and coffee. I think a smart hotel like this can do better than Nescafe.

Pretty impressive, except the smell

Bed is very confortable and big, room is also big, shower is made for two at the same time, which was pretty impresive

Staff was very accomodating and friewndly. Location and price was good value. Cleaningness and maintenance of the rooms was superb. Would gratly recommend.

Great hotel, i would definitely recommend it.

Location was perfect, everything what we needed was in walking distance. Staff helpful. And a room small but very cozy.

There was a leak in the shower, so water was getting in the toilet. Small breakfast buffet.

Excellent.

I was really really happy with this hotel! First of all, I wrote a note while booking the room where I said that I wanted a nice room with big windows if possible because I will surprise my boyfriend for his birthday. When arriving the very nice lady in the reception told me that everything was done and she even gave us an upgrade. When arriving in the room I saw that they even decorated the room a little bit with balloons, even a Happy Birthday quote on the mirror, and some sweets and cava. I was really really happy and more than satisfied with choosing this hotel! Thank you very much again and hopefully see you soon! :)

Lovely hotel in beautiful Valencia

Great location, quirky room on top floor with very high exposed tiled/beamed ceiling, large bathroom, plenty of storage, comfortable bed, room cleaned and towels replaced every day if required. Didn’t use the restaurant but breakfast looked good. Lots of bars and restaurants within a short distance. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
